No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. This sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of California and who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. 

Prize Details: 

The prize for this sweepstakes includes a one-year liability auto insurance policy for the winner’s vehicle, up to a premium of $1,000 (One Thousand U.S. Dollars). 

Liability Auto Insurance Definition: 

Liability auto insurance is a type of automobile insurance coverage that helps pay for damages to others if you are at fault in an accident. It generally includes two main types of coverage: 

  1. Bodily Injury Liability: Covers medical expenses, lost wages, and other costs if you injure another driver, passenger, or pedestrian. 
  2. Property Damage Liability: Covers repair or replacement costs for another person’s vehicle or property that you damage in an accident. 

This liability coverage does not cover your own vehicle’s damages or medical expenses; it only covers damages to others for which you are legally responsible. 

Insurance Policy Terms: 


  1. Policy Coverage: The insurance policy provided as part of this sweepstakes is limited to liability auto insurance only. It does not cover any other types of insurance such as comprehensive, collision, or personal injury protection. 
  2. Premium Payment: The premium for the awarded insurance policy will be paid in full for one year. The policy will be effective for a period of 12 months starting from the date of activation. 
  3. Post-Policy Period: After the first 12-month period, the insured individual or entity will be fully responsible for renewing the insurance policy and paying any applicable premiums. Failure to renew or maintain the insurance coverage required by law will result in the loss of coverage and potential legal penalties. 
  4. Compliance with California Law: The winner of this sweepstakes must comply with all California insurance laws, including any legal requirements for maintaining active coverage after the one-year policy period. The insurance policy provided through this sweepstakes does not satisfy any ongoing legal requirements beyond the initial term. 
  5. Disclaimer of Liability: This sweepstakes is not responsible for any failure to secure insurance coverage after the policy term has expired. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to ensure continued compliance with any and all insurance requirements mandated by the state of California or applicable local regulations. 

Winner’s Responsibilities in Case of an Accident: 

In the event that the winner is involved in an accident while covered under the insurance policy, the winner must: 

  1. Provide Accurate Information: The winner must ensure that all personal and vehicle information provided for the insurance policy is accurate and complete. Incorrect or misleading information may result in denial of coverage or claims. 
  2. Follow the Carrier's Procedures: If the winner is involved in an accident, they must follow the insurance carrier’s claims procedures. This includes promptly reporting the accident to the insurance company, cooperating with any investigations, and providing required documentation or statements as requested by the carrier. 
  3. Cooperate with the Insurance Carrier: The winner must fully cooperate with the insurance company’s instructions and follow any steps they outline to process the claim. 
  4. Compliance with Insurance Requirements: The Insured agrees to comply with all applicable insurance requirements, carrier guidelines, and policy conditions. Failure to adhere to those requirements may result in the denial of coverage, limitation of benefits, or cancellation/non-renewal of the policy as permitted by law and the terms of the insurance contract. 

Additional Prizes:  

One or more TVs, various gift cards, and concert tickets. Quantity and value of additional prizes may vary and are subject to availability. 

All prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable. 

 

General Terms: 

  1. Eligibility: Open to residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 
  2. No Purchase Necessary: You do not need to make any purchase to enter or win this sweepstakes. 
  3. General Conditions: 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such an event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize(s) from among the eligible entries received prior to the cancellation, suspension, or modification. 

 

  1. How to Enter: To enter, attend the Taquiza Segura event at Adriana’s Insurance Pomona (1552 E Holt Ave, Pomona, CA) on Saturday, Sept 13, 2025, between 12 PM and 2 PM PST. Scan the QR code provided at the event, access the landing page, and submit the entry form with your full name, email, phone number, and acceptance of the Official Rules and Privacy Policy. Limit one (1) entry per person. By submitting the form, you will be entered into all prize drawings advertised at the event, including the car insurance giveaway and other promotional prize drawings. 
  2. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random Monday, September 22nd  2025. The Winner must come to Adrianas Insurance Pomona Branch, 1553 E Holt Ave, Pomona, CA 91767 to claim the prize.   
  3. Prize Delivery: The winner will be provided with instructions for activating the one-year liability auto insurance policy within 5 business days after being notified. The winner will be responsible for completing all necessary paperwork and complying with the terms set forth by the insurer. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. 
  4. Publicity: Acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

 

Privacy and Data Usage: 

By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information for purposes of administering the sweepstakes and providing the insurance policy. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the prize or as required by law. 

Limitation of Liability: 

By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Adriana’s Insurance Services, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and employees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the sweepstakes, including but not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.
