Prometeon / Pirelli Commercial Truck Tire Giveaway — Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

The Prometeon / Pirelli Commercial Truck Tire Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by Adriana's Insurance Services Inc., doing business as Adriana's Insurance ("Sponsor"), in connection with the California Trucking Show taking place October 3–4, 2026 at the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, California. The prize is provided by Prometeon Tyre Group Commercial Solutions LLC ("Prometeon" or "Prize Provider"). By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must own and operate a commercial truck or vehicle fleet. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Adriana's Insurance Services Inc., Prometeon Tyre Group Commercial Solutions LLC, authorized Pirelli or Prometeon commercial truck tire dealers, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, as well as their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible to participate. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

The Giveaway will run from October 1st to October 4th, 2026 (12:00 PM PST). Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

To enter, eligible participants must register through social media, landing pages, display designs, local offices and at the California Trucking Show. Booth #731 and #617. No purchase of insurance, tires, products, or services is required to enter or win. Limit one (1) entry per person, unless otherwise expressly stated by Sponsor. Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicate or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.

One (1) eligible winner will receive two (2) new PIRELLI or PROMETEON branded commercial truck tires, provided at no charge by Prometeon. The winner may select one (1) of the following available tire packages: • Two (2) H89 EVO – Long Haul – 295/75R22.5 – 16 PLY • Two (2) R89 – Regional – 295/75R22.5 – 16 PLY • Two (2) MG89 – Waste Haul / High Scrub – 315/80R22.5 – 20 PLY Tire availability is subject to confirmation by the Prize Provider. The prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and has no cash alternative except where required by law. Sponsor and/or Prize Provider reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

The prize does not include: • Mounting or installation • Delivery or transportation of the tires • Balancing • Valve stems • Disposal of existing tires • Vehicle modifications • Additional tire or vehicle services • State, local or other applicable taxes • Any other costs or expenses associated with claiming, installing or using the tires All such expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility, entry validity and winner selection shall be final, subject to applicable law.

Adriana's Insurance will contact the potential winner using the contact information provided during registration. The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency and eligibility and may be required to complete and sign eligibility, release or prize acceptance documentation. Sponsor will provide the verified winner's name and necessary contact information to Prometeon for the purpose of prize fulfillment. Prometeon will coordinate with the winner and connect the winner with a participating authorized Pirelli or Prometeon commercial truck tire dealer to arrange prize pickup. If a potential winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, fails to provide requested verification, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

The prize must be claimed no later than October 4, 2027 at 5:00 PM PST. If the winner does not complete the required prize-claim process by that date, the prize will be forfeited.

The tires must be inspected and installed by a qualified commercial tire technician and must be mounted, maintained, operated and used in accordance with all applicable vehicle specifications, tire specifications, manufacturer recommendations, load requirements and applicable safety standards. The winner should not use any tire that is incompatible with the applicable vehicle, wheel, axle, load, application or operating conditions. The applicable manufacturer's standard limited warranty, if any, shall apply according to its terms.

By accepting, installing or using the prize tires, the winner knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the possession, selection, transportation, mounting, installation, maintenance, operation, use or misuse of the tires. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the winner agrees that Adriana's Insurance Services Inc., Prometeon Tyre Group Commercial Solutions LLC, participating Pirelli or Prometeon dealers, the California Trucking Show, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and promotional partners (collectively, the "Released Parties") shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, death, accident, collision, property damage, vehicle damage, loss, expense, claim or other damage arising directly or indirectly from: • The selection of the tires • Compatibility or fitment of the tires • Transportation or pickup of the tires • Mounting or installation • Improper installation • Maintenance or failure to maintain the tires • Vehicle operation • Road or weather conditions • Tire use or misuse • Overloading, underinflation or improper inflation • Use outside manufacturer or vehicle specifications • Acts or omissions of third-party installers, dealers, technicians or service providers • Any other activity relating to the possession or use of the prize The winner is responsible for having the tires properly inspected, fitted, installed and maintained by qualified professionals. Sponsor does not manufacture the tires and makes no independent representation, guarantee or warranty concerning the tires, their performance, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, installation or use. Except for any rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived or limited, acceptance and use of the prize are at the winner's own risk.

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, receipt or use of the prize. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected or invalid entries; technical or communications failures; unauthorized intervention; printing or typographical errors; or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes or reporting obligations associated with the prize, if applicable. Sponsor and Prize Provider make no representation regarding the tax consequences of accepting the prize.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Prize Provider to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, city/state and prize information for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway may be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants and winners, fulfill the prize and for other purposes disclosed at the time of entry or in Sponsor's applicable Privacy Policy. Where a separate marketing consent is presented, marketing communications will be handled in accordance with the terms of that consent and applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, violates these Official Rules or attempts to interfere with the proper administration of the Giveaway. If fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or other circumstances impair the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor may modify, suspend or terminate the Giveaway as permitted by law.

Except where prohibited by law, these Official Rules and any dispute arising from the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved individually and not through a class action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
